OMD !!! gaining weight is hard but losing weight is way way harder ...
So my friend decided to join me because she wants abs.. foolish geh that is already skinny Mscheeww.. #jokes. Anyways 40mins of intense workout and 20 mins of stretch. I couldn't keep up. I actually sweated. I was surprised. But the music kept me going and having a friend join me made it better. it was painful. I could feel the pains in mostly my joints and thighs.
I was told to keep a food journal. Since i am blogging about my experience, i might as well add my daily food intake. I really do not know how to count calories #Godhelpme ...lol.
Breakfast: I had nothing. I really need to change that habit. I always skip breakfast. :(
Lunch: at 1:35pm i had tim horton's regular size toasted chicken club which consisted of chicken with honey mustard sauce, bacon and tomatoes on a toasted whole wheat bread. I also had their new strawberry vanilla donut and a 500ml bottle of Water. Mhmmm definitely filling.
Dinner: I was supposed to eat rice oo imagine me. I was skyping and it got too late to eat as i had to start my workout. so instead i munched on the fried turkey hand that my friend gave me at school. I also had my daily intake of the shakeology smoothie. It tasted weird at first but dang it got better. I even had some orange juice to it ( my roommate will kill me for stealing his orange juice.. :D ). I loved every bit of it.
So yea. it was a stressful start but I am so looking forward to day 2.
